Zest Pilates is conveniently located in Glenhaven, in a small shopping complex. Our neighbouring shops include a general store, chemist, beautician and gourmet café. It also offers free onsite parking. Our upstairs studio overlooks a leafy park and playing fields – a feature that enhances your mind body connection.

We are a family owned business with a passion for Pilates. Having found Pilates through injury, owners Eric and Karen Campise have experienced firsthand the benefits that Pilates can bring to you, your family and friends.

Our male and female instructors are Diploma Qualified by the internationally renowned Polestar Pilates.

Meet the Zest Pilates team:

Eric was first introduced to Pilates as a way of treating his hip and spinal injury, relating to his work in the floor coverings trade. The Pilates method all but eradicated these ailments, improving Eric’s quality of life. In 2012, Eric decided on a career change. Aspiring to help others overcome repetitive strain and pain through improving their everyday strength and mobility. Eric and his wife Karen have two children, Leila and Mason.
